1. ORDER CONFIRMATION

After completing your order on our site, you will receive a confirmation email stating the procedure has been successful.

At the same time, the kitchen will receive your order and will confirm it by e-mail. In the event of any unavailability of dishes or variations, you will be contacted immediately.

Upon payment of the order, the amount will be retained on the credit card but not charged. The actual charge will take place only upon the order confirmation by the restaurant.

2. SERVICE

All orders will be processed after receipt and payment. Delivery times will be respected as far as possible, though not guaranteed.

All prices are in Swiss Francs and include 7.7% VAT.

3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

The cancellation or variation of the order is only possible by contacting the restaurant by telephone as soon as the order confirmation is received. For later cancellations or changes, production costs may be charged.

Uncollected orders cannot be refunded.

4. PAYMENTS

With Balthazar every purchase is safe and secure since only secure connections and the most advanced technological and coding systems are used. For greater security of purchases made by credit card, CVV code and 3DS protocol will always be required.

Balthazar may contact the customer for more details on payment before the order is confirmed.

5. PRICES AND INVOICES

All prices are in Swiss Francs and include 7.7% VAT.

Purchases on Balthazar are reserved to private consumers (no VAT holders). Generally, private individuals do not need an invoice. For any assistance you may need, you can refer to the purchase receipt included in your order package. If you still need an invoice, you can request it upon order confirmation.

6. DELIVERY

In the case of home delivery, the driver is responsible for any damage or loss of all or part of the delivery. Any complaint must be communicated immediately upon receipt of the delivery, otherwise it will be considered complete and correct. In the event of later communications, requests for refund or compensation will not be accepted.

7. SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE TO MINORS

Balthazar complies with cantonal legislation for the sale of alcohol. On www.balthazar-stmoritz.ch no alcoholic beverages are sold to persons under 18 years of age. By declaring to be 18 years of age, the customer confirms his right to purchase according to legal requirements.

8. LEGAL CAPACITY

By placing an order on our site, the customer declares that he is legally capable of concluding a binding contract.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These general terms of sale are governed by Swiss law and, therefore, will be interpreted and executed in accordance with it. The Court of St. Moritz will be competent for any dispute. If some conditions of the general terms of sale are declared invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining ones.
