At Balthazar you can book dinners and custom events in the two private rooms. The Dom Pérignon Room is equipped with a table for 12 people and a table for 6, and it is also possible to add another table seating 4-6 people, for a total of 18 to 24 people. The most exclusive option is booking the Chef’s Table, a room hidden from the other rooms of the restaurant and equipped with a glass panel offering an unfiltered view of the kitchen, with the chefs at work. The Chef’s Table, which can accommodate up to 6 people, is offered with a special tasting menu customised to the request of the customer and consisting of various courses to be agreed in advance with the chef.
